   The Core Plan is billed annually at $96 per acre. Add-ons are optional and may incur additional fees. Pricing is subject to change with prior notice. All invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    

3. Data Collection and Privacy

4. Limitation of Use
   SomaTech is not responsible for agricultural outcomes resulting from misuse, extreme weather events, or failure to follow recommended usage instructions. The effectiveness of AI guidance and hydrogels may vary based on crop type, soil conditions, and field practices.

   We strive to provide consistent service and support. However, uptime and field response times may vary by region. Scheduled maintenance or upgrades may temporarily affect access.
